When is the earliest you can test?

I feel crazy for thinking it but had sex last Friday (23rd) and have had started with fairly bad discharge this weekend and sore boobs. Is this far too early for any pregnant signs?

You might be better posting in conception. Those ladies have a wealth of knowledge about the best best first early tests you can do
