possible diaphragmatic hernia

Hi anyone had this possibly seen at 12 week scan. Told to return in 7 weeks for further scan and consultant appt but no other info given.
My big question at the moment is can it still close after 12 weeks?

We were told dd had a diaphragmatic hernia at the 20 week scan, MRI was inconclusive, second MRI at 33 weeks thought diaphragmatic eventration but couldn't rule out hernia, she's now 3 weeks old, she has weak diaphragm musculature but no hernia so yes it can change.

Unfortunately her cdh was the first indicator of her other problems (she has trisomy 18) but is doing well. Have they offered you an echo as cdh often goes with cardiac problems?
