Just had my combined screening results - 1:819 chance of downs. Last time it was 1:14000 when i was 37. I am now 40 - guessing this is higher cos of age and that the result is a good one?

Sounds good to me. I am 40 and was told risk based just on age was 1:100, the NT and bloods make it go up or down. Anything over 150 is low risk in my area.
