First period after tfmr question

Hi. Quick question. My bleeding from the tfmr stopped about 10 days ago and I've just now got my AF. Can I use tampons now? I hate pads. Thanks x

Hi I think it's recommended to use pads but if you think you're unlikely to get infections etc you're probably ok with tampons. I think after my tfmr I used huge pads for quite a while! Don't worry about asking for a follow up scan if it reassures you.

Hi. I ended up using pads at night and tampons in the day, seemed to all work ok.

Think I may be lucky and not need a scan, fingers crossed!
