If any of you have read my previous posts I had a late medical termination on tue after a
Spina bifida diagnosis

I'm feeling really low right now and feeling like I didn't spend enough time with my baby when he was born.

Not sure how to get over these
Feelings but trying so hard for the sake of dc1

So sorry worried. There are no words that can express how awful you must feel. Have you thought about a little memory box for them? Or even planting a lovely tree/rose bush? X

Hi worried. I'm so sorry you are feeling like this. Please be kind to yourself, you and your body have been through so much. It's still very early days. I felt a range of emotions and still do, you did the best thing for you and your family and that's all that matters xxxx

Have you tried the ARC forum? It helped me a lot after my tfmr. Counselling & talking to others who'd been through it helped me. Journaling & writing to your baby can help. Take each day at a time, it does get easier. Big hug xxx
