Interpretation of dual marker at 12 wks gestation

Hi,

I am 35 yr old - pregnant at 12 wks gestation. I did my ultrasound scan and dual marker( free beta hcg and pappa).

free Beta hcg 1.16 mom
pappa 0.51 mom
Nuchal translucency 1.0mm ( 0.76 mom)
Nasal bone present

what is the risk of downs syndrome? please opine.

Why don't you ask your consultant or fetal medicine midwife?

The risk assessment relies on a complicated algorithm calculated by a computer so I doubt if anyone here would be able to work out a risk ratio for you.
