12 week scan - nervous!!

Hi all
First time I've some this prob as its my first pregancy!!
Anyone else nervous about 12 week scan, had early scan at 8 weeks and 3 days and strong healthy heartbeat but still nervous!! Any advice? X

Just try to relax really, also they keep quiet and don't say much to start with, whilst they are taking all the measurements and checking everything, so don't take silence and seriousness as a sign something is wrong, they are just being thorough and professional! Also you may have to wait, if it's in a big hospital, they can be asked to do emergency scans, so take something to read and keep your mind occupied
