Hi,

I am wondering if anyone who has a tilted uterus has had a CVS? I have read that it can be problematic and just wondered if anyone had any further info?
Thanks, Cherry

I have a retroverted uterus and had no problems during my abdominal CVS. I suppose it could be different if you had a cervical CVS, maybe?

I have a retroverted uterus and abdominal CVS was fine for me, too.

CVS can be affected by the position of the placenta - if it's anterior (at the front) it's easy to access. If the placenta lies at the back it's more difficult or can be impossible - before a CVS you would have an ultrasound scan to check the position.

Thanks that's reassuring!
