after cvs dos and donts

hi i have my cvs booked on the 15th november and just wanted some advice on dos and donts after the test.

I have had two at very different stages and there really aren't any do's and don't's as such.

You shouldn't be in any pain or even discomfort but I would take the opportunity to put your feet up (and TBH it is probably a good idea to clear the rest of the day should you have any complications).
