I am 8 weeks pp and can see my vagina wall at the opening clearly.
scared it’s a severe prolapse and very tearful. Has anyone had this please and can help me. I’ve got a physio appointment booked but can’t get in until March and doctor has no appointments either!

It's still really really early days - your body has a lot of healing to do. I had a bulging rectocele prolapse that came out of my vagina. I was devastated. I also had urinary incontinence. I saw a physio and downloaded the NHS Squeezy app (it's a couple of quid but well worth it) and did the exercises religiously six times a day. By ten months post partum it was pretty much gone, and no weeing issues. When I was pregnant with my second I was worried it would get worse again but it's been fine. I check regularly, but unless I'm due on then I can't feel anything at all (hormones affect prolapse). Best of luck. You won't be like this forever ❤️

Oh well done, yes it'll improve! I know it feels horrible and traumatising, but it will get better xx

Yes it will improve. Exercise gently as much as you can. I found swimming really helpful.
