Hi all I am a mum of two and a therapist working in Warrington (Cheshire) my own experience of post natal depression lead me into a career change after my second child. I volunteered with PANDAS foundation for a few years after my depression but I really miss the perinatal space and although I support women on a one to one basis it would be good to set something up as a group.

I would love to hear what people think …these are thoughts I have so far but I would love any feedback at all.

The group could be …..

Online for two hours - once a month
small fee of £10 to attend
max 10 participants so everyone has chance to share
topics can be discussed ie. Self esteem, challenges , finding yourself and being a mum

let me know if you have any thoughts ?

I think if the group had a shared experience (such as all mums with kids of a similar age) then it could work. However some people won't be comfortable going from a one-on-one counselling setup where what they talk about is private and confidential to an open forum.
