Universal credit sanction

I am due back to work April the 2nd and I have decided not to go back to work due to my mental state I wanted to know if my universal credit going to be sanctioned and wanted to know if I need to speak to my doctor about this to get a letter for universal credit?

if you choose to quit then yes they can sanction you

They won’t sanction you as you are allowed to not work with a child under 3
