anyone been diagnosed with PnD or perinatal OCD I have recently with my first baba and so scared about it all just feel like there's no one to talk too

I'm sorry to hear that, you must feel very isolated. Have you been able to tell anyone how you are feeling? Your health visitor or even your previous midwife will be able to get you some help

I have told the health visitor and the GP , told family not long ago and they have all gathered round to help but I feel like a burden on them and a failure to my baby . My head is a complete mess everyday I'm doubting my self and crying daily x

That's what this illness does to your thinking, it doesn't mean it's real

Yes you are right , it feels very real the fear and the loneliness is scary , I hope one day I feel better I don't want to be like this forever it's heartbreaking

I feel the same everyday terrified I have 3 good days and 4 bad but daily my head just spins with crap and won't stop x
