Referral to Maternity and Neonatal Psychological Intervention team, what happens next

I have been referred to the Maternity and Neonatal Psychological Intervention team. Initially this was offered to me at around 16 weeks due to my phobia of childbirth and my subsequent request for a c section, however I will definitely be getting a c section now that I have placenta previa.

I have been struggling with low mood so contacted the community midwives and I now have an appointment with the MNPI midwife and I am wondering what to expect please?
