Going back on lamotrogine

I took if for a number of years, it's the only one that was fairly safe for me.

I've got a three week old. I'm crying a lot. When he cries I just want to send him back. I guess it's PPD?

Thinking of considering retaking it again.

Any thoughts?

do you have a trusted health care person you can talk to? It’s so, so common to experience massive changes after a baby is born.

if you do need to start taking medication again then you absolutely should. Having a new baby is like a tsunami, and in my experience; the antidepressants and mood stabilizers were the life jackets. Sending love.
