I am currently pregnant (23 weeks). In 2019 2 weeks after the birth of my son I had a blood clot on my lung so was told any subsequent pregnancies I would be on blood thinners - which I am now and have been since positive test. I take them every day without fail.
Since last Wednesday I’ve had a tickly cough and heartburn and a hoarse voice when I first wake up. I put it down to heartburn as that was what google was saying the symptoms are but now I’m really worried it’s another clot but surely I’d be dead by now if it had been going on for a week as last time I collapsed at home as soon as I had the slightest discomfort in my chest?
I have awful health anxiety so I am probably looking insane, I have a Gp appt booked in for this afternoon to try and settle my worries but I just wanted to try and gain some reassurance if any.
I have no breathlessness etc. my youngest does have a chesty cough at the moment so I am wondering if it could be I’ve caught a little virus from him.
