How do People manage their morning anxiety?
For me I lose my appetite and food makes me feel sick.i do eat but little and often.
I suffered massively with anxiety and post natel depression 9 months after my 2nd child. And with that I lost weight.
I want to maintain my weight as happy. But once the anxiety pops up my cycle starts.
I panick I'm going to lose weight, I get the scales out all the time to check it isn't going down .. then I panick if its slightly different then I can't eat because of the worry I will be like I was .. but I do manage it. And I know I need to stop going on the scales but it's like my control.
I'm on 50mg sertraline.
Just wondering how people who lose weoght with stress and anxiety how they manage it.
