My DS is 6 months, struggled with pnd. Iv been put on antidepressants about 4 months ago which seemed to be helping up until about a month ago. I have no support as live a long way from family so no additional help with childcare. I'm really struggling, feeling very low. I don't know what to do :(

So sorry to hear this OP. Looking after a small baby is really hard especially if you don't have enough support around you. Has your GP referred you for talking therapy? You can also access it privately if you can afford it

To add to the above you can self refer for counselling via your local IAPT so don't need to go through your GP.

You could also get in touch with Pandas Foundation via email or helpline. They will provide you with an empathic ear (many helpline volunteers have lived experience or work in healthcare) and will be able to sign post you on to services that may help including in your local area.

Hope you feel better very soon
