Hi, I’ve been feeling unwell for a couple of weeks (baby is 13 weeks old) and I’ve reached out for support with my GP.
There’s is such a long waiting list for any therapy that they’ve just recommended Sertraline.
I feel quite apprehensive about taking it as I don’t want to feel worse initially and I’m also worried about feeling numb.
Is anyone managing their PND without medication? Or have any advise about things that worked/ways to reduce the side effects from sertraline

Try St. John's Wort

But if it doesn't work after a week or two go on the smallest dose possible of the rx med. I've had PND and it's horrible for you and your family.

So sorry that you're struggling.

Have you spoken to the PANDAS Foundation? they might be able to offer you some support Thanks
