10 weeks post C-section.
Exercise of choice is powerlifting. My 1st session back after 3 months off doing what I was capable of at over 35 pregnant and good grief my legs are crying. Only exercise has been walking before this, with pram/carrier etc. Baby is sleeping in the travel cot, got a home set up so easy to work around her.

How are others doing getting back to their exercise routines?

BTW this really helps improve my mood and helped me find balance when I was in a dark place a few years back.

Wow @Chelyanne you're doing great. I could only really manage a long walk or some yoga at 10 weeks.

DOMs only last a few days. Just keep moving and you’ll be fine. Congratulations!

@PanicBuyingSprouts thanks, I've been itching to get back in the gym since 6wk pp. Feels good to get back to it, will take a while to get back to pre-pregnancy strength though.

@SweetBabyCheeses99 Thanks. You're right. I was back in the gym a few days later, the DOMS are always bad the 1st week back after a break. Not had them for a long time as I was only working a 80-50% of my max for reps (squats took the biggest hit due to spd). Scar did well so hopefully will build my strength back up fairly quickly.
