Hi ladies.
I am going through a miscarriage and I can't see how to get back up from this. My whole world seems like it's been crumbled to pieces.
All the plans I had have just vanished. I don't see a way out of my sadness.
Any other ladies going through this now or did before? I feel I need support even though it's "only virtual".

Hi Kelly,

I'm so so sorry to hear what you are going through. Although I have never been through the same situation and am currently battling severe postnatal depression and anxiety so I really do know what it feels like to need to reach out. I would suggest starting with either speaking to your gp if you are struggling with your emotions or there are specialist charities such as the miscarriage associate who have dedicated helplines for advice. Also you can call the Samaritans 24 hours a day, I have done this many times and they are so good to just speak to; a friendly listening ear. Please please continue reaching out and connecting; you will find a way forward and the support that you need. Sending lots of love x

Oh you poor thing. It is so sad and so very personal. Do let yourself grieve for your loss, it is so normal. Be gentle on yourself.
