Suffering from PND, working through it. Just wanted to see if anyone else was also struggling?

Hope you are okay, I have some antenatal depression at the moment. How are things for you have you got any help in place?

Hi me too.

I have an 8 week old and it started around 3 weeks. Its tough. I'm getting help from my hv and the perinatal mh team.

How are you? Are you getting help?
