Hi, I've realised I'm in this boat and have found it helpful reading through some threads. Wondered about starting a chat thread like some of the pregnancy threads, just where we can support each other etc.

@luna2019 thank you. Today is a better day than yesterday. I must say I was quite glad to read about pre natal depression, I have some underlying depression and I'm on some medication already, but it's usually well managed. I couldn't work out why I wasn't feeling excited and happy as this baby is so wanted. A relief to understand if really.

Yeah it is horrible as what is meant to be an exciting and joyous time becomes one of fear and dread :-( I'm on sertraline at the moment, but I think I might need to up my dose. What are you on? X
