Antenatal Depression

Hi All,
I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and suffering from Antenatal depression. I suffered a traumatic loss 3 years ago which has made this pregnancy an awful experience for both me and my partner. After spending over £300 on private scans and 3 hospital visits within 5 days due to my anxiety my partner had to give me some home truths and it was time i sought some help. I am now seeing someone to help me with my feelings and i have also decided to start my own blog, sharing my story in the hope that i can help myself whilst also sharing true honest feelings and emotions reassuring women that you are not alone and we can do this and get through this really lonely and scary time. I have made my first post which is all about what happened 3 years ago and the reason why I am now struggling so badly. I would love it if you could check it out and be with me on my journey. Please check it out i need all the support I can get and I truly hope that sharing my story will help others.

Expecting mothers and mothers, this is one to read, it relates to some feeling we may be having as mothers. afrohijabiblog.wordpress.com/2017/08/27/women-and-shame/
