perinatal team for pnd

i have what the gp has classed as severe PND and anxiety.. tomorrow the perinatal mental health team are coming to see me.

what is likely to happen?

Hiya, I hope your meeting was helpful.. I've been off this board for a while as my baby is now 15 months. I had LOaDS of support from the perinatal mh teams. They helped me through labour (which was a crunch point for me) and afterwards. They can give you lots and hopefully will suggest ways to help you too (for me I had an early epidural because I didn't want to feel out of control with the pain).
