Sertraline and loss of appetite

Hi, I am suffering from PND after having my baby 3 and a halt months ago. I recently started taking Sertraline and my appetite has disappeared. I wondered if any one else has had this happen? Thank you, Sarah

Hope you're getting on ok.

I'm looking for answers regarding coming off sertraline but I definitely had loss of appetite in the beginning. I vaguely remember it coming back around the 5 month mark.
In my case, my side effects were: loss of appetite, water weight gain, difficulty losing weight (despite diet and exercise), headaches, excessive sweating and exhaustion. Most of these got better as time went on so stick with it; I couldn't have managed the PND without them.

It happens in the beginning but I will soon return.

Mine went for a couple of weeks but came back. My libido didn't return for much longer, but that might've been the PND as much as the sertraline!
