2nd child after pnd?

DH desperately wants a dc2. I would like one at some point. But no idea how anyone manages to think about ttc after the traumatic experience of pnd? My dd is 2.5 now and I was hoping to have another one when she will be 3.5 but likely we will be moving again and I will once again lose my support network and be isolated. DH doesnt seem to be giving this the gravity it deserves.

Not sure if you're still there, OP, but I was admitted to a mother & baby unit with dc1 due to extreme pnd. Like you I was hesitant, however not a whiff of depression followed dc2, despite a v traumatic birth. 5 months post partum I developed some anxiety but that's not unheard of for me.
