I just wanted to write a short post to those going through PND/PNA.
I had postnatal anxiety bad. A living nightmare is the only words that come close to adequately describing it.
But there is hope. I've felt like myself for a week now and although I full expect to have wobbles it's been a real luxury to know it is possible. It's a lovely feeling.
There is hope.
For those who have also seen the light at the end of the tunnel, how did you know you were feeling better?
