Scooters and bikes in the paddling pool

Is it unreasonable to think a paddling pool with lots of babies and toddlers in is not the place to let your kids charge around in on their bikes and scooters. Or do I need to chill out a bit?

Why are there scooters and bikes in the paddling pool? I take it it's a public one? YANBU. Some people just don't think of any one other than themselves. I'd have complained loudly, to who ever the children were with.

Shiny, yes it is a public pool. As for complaining it wasn't just one set of kids, there were quite a few.
