The dishwasher wasn't working ( water not draining) so I called out our insurers a few days ago and they came today ( fine).
While he was here I asked whether he could order the bits for inside our dishwasher as the clips on the top shelf were brokwn and the plate holders on the bottle shelf ( the ones you click up and put down when you want them down) were broken so we couldn't use that shelf.
He said he couldn't order them today and I have to wait 4 WEEKS before I can order them and will have to call them out AGAIN just to order these tiny bits!
So although my dishwasher now works, I can't use half of it as the shelf doesn't work properly!!
AIBU to think he could have ordered the bits today??
