...to think that if you stay up past 1am every night you shouldn't whine about being tired all the time?

Perhaps I should rephrase that:

AIBU ...to think that if I stay up past 1am every night I shouldn't whine about being tired all the time?

Ahem.

As you were.

But I'm at work. Oh.

booyhoo · 06/07/2010 01:14

me too, i should be in bed. i also said that last night...and the night before.

booyhoo · 06/07/2010 01:15

why does MN get good at night, i swear it is a ploy to destroy me.

toccatanfudge · 06/07/2010 01:17

well it depends on whether you can blame your staying up late on insomnia...........in which case I will say I'm tired as often aa I like >

Vallhala · 06/07/2010 01:17

Guilty. But I moan all the same!

ShinyAndNew · 06/07/2010 01:18

See I have good excuse. I can hear DH snoring already and there are two closed doors and a flight of stairs between us. There is no way I'd get to sleep listening to that. In about an hour he will quiet down to a dull roar. I might have a chance of sleep then.

SpeedyGonzalez · 06/07/2010 01:19

Oooh, insomnia! Good call...I shall try using that as an excuse...until I'm rumbled by the real insomniacs and they all have me stoned

booyhoo - there's definitely some sort of conspiracy going on here...

Back to work, TechDAd, stop slacking!

OP posts:
booyhoo · 06/07/2010 01:20

i blame my staying up late on noseyness and not wanting to miss anything important on MN.

SpeedyGonzalez · 06/07/2010 01:24

I blame my staying up late on trying for hours to comb out my Russell-Brand-a-like hairdo.

Ahem.

oh leave it, it adds character.

MrsRhettButler · 06/07/2010 01:26

insomnia sounds like what i have... yeah, thats right.... insomnia!

i like it

toccatanfudge · 06/07/2010 01:39

nah it's ok SG - I won't stone you - and I'm a proper insomoniac

booyhoo · 06/07/2010 01:42

i'm going to bed now, it's all very dull out there, not much happening in the world of MN or with the neighbours. all me disco crumbs are finished. nothing else for it. night all.

BertieBotts · 06/07/2010 02:22

My excuse is that when DS won't go to bed until midnight or later I still need an hour or two to MN unwind.

Should probably go to bed really. But can't be bothered. Not sure if that makes me more lazy or stupid

booyhoo · 06/07/2010 10:30

gosh, i am tired. yawn.

ShinyAndNew · 06/07/2010 10:31

I find drinking around 6 cups of strong, black coffee helps with that booyhoo

booyhoo · 06/07/2010 10:34

bleugh, cant have coffee. just had tea but i think i will have to bring out the coke,(the diet one of course)
