AIBU to think this is too long to wait for a repair?

We had triple glazing put in two months ago and we've had to call the company out 4 times to fix the locks which are stiff and now one window won't open at all and another will only open at one side and feels as though the whole frame is loose.

I've spoken to them again today and they're saying the earliest they can come out is next Thursday, so I'll be unable to open my bedroom window until then, and I always have it open. Last night was stifling. I can't wait almost 2 weeks, and I'm going on holiday next Thursday.

I'm going to speak to a manager tomorrow about it,though they say there's nothing they can do to bring the repair forwards.

I'd appreciate any tips/advice as I'm not very good at complaining.

Is next Thursday really a reasonable time to wait until they can be repaired?

I'm presuming that you have paid the bill and all these repairs etc won't be costing you any more. If so, then I suggest that in their opinion you are of a low priority to them now.
