I agree. It's not really fair. I'd be interested to hear the response you get. They are usually really hot on customer service, or rather they have been if I've had a problem before.

Just had a look at my fb, and yes you're right, it's just a 'like' option - I was obviously bigging up how close Boden and I really are... Oh the shame...

But for the 'like' option the sale etc are put on your wall.

Do you know about the preview for their Autumn line, with 20% off until the 15th July with a code (which I got from a post on MN somewhere)?

I am sorry for any concern caused regarding the timing of the US Sale. As Boden US and Boden UK are separate markets, we do not have control of the offers they run or the timing of their Sales. The US Sale started one week prior to our Sale. Please be assured that this is purely for customers in the US not Europe as queried in your email.

Boden US run their Sale first, as it is a lot smaller than our UK Sale, and has no effect on our stock, as each market has their own stock allocation. This Sale serves as virtually a test run and helps us iron out any problems we face here at Boden UK. This way we can rectify them without causing too many issues.

Once again, I am sorry for the concern caused. If I can be of any more help, please let me know.

I still haven't had my email announcing the sale and normally get one. The first I knew of it was the post this morning when I received the printed catalogue. Feeling a bit frustrated to have missed out on the full choice of sale stuff. Never mind.

They replied to mine aswell, just saying that the whole message was blank, did I want to resend it? Gremlins??

Like Snowlady, the first I heard of it was when their flyer was posted through this morning. I still have received no email despite being on their email list. Very annoying as I usually rely on their sale to kit out DS.

YANBU. They always send the e-mail out after the sale starts when it would imo be better to send you one the night before but this takes the biscuit!
