to think that scuff repair sold with Clarks shoes

should match the colour of the shoes pretty much exactly.... and not be several shades lighter and therefore very obvious when it's been applied.

Should I take the shoes back and ask for a replacement? I could paint it all over but the shoes have a embroidered picture on them so it wouldn't work that well.

Also the scuff repair should actually repair the scuff. The white stuff I have doesn't! If this was sold to you specifically for those shoes, then yes you should take them back if it has ruined the shoes.
