Ds has told me that every day this week 2 girls at school have pinched his sandwiches off him, stuffed them in their mouths & run off. I'm thinking tomorrows sandwiches could be cheese & raw chilli.

OP posts:

(and DD does eat beef and horseradish sarnies sometimes, but she has really odd tastes in food....)

StayingDavidTennantsGirl · 07/07/2010 23:45

I'm with the people who are suggesting that these bullies get a taste of something nasty. That would be their just desserts, as far as I'm concerned.

Don't use anything that could be harmful, like really hot chillis, but a mixture of something very unpleasant-tasting seems perfectly reasonable to me.

These girls are showing no regard whatsoever for the feelings or wellbeing of the OP's ds, so I am finding it hard to find much sympathy for them if they get a nasty surprise the next time they steal his sandwich.

StayingDavidTennantsGirl · 07/07/2010 23:47

And why should he have to ask them to stop? Does anyone honestly believe that these two bullies don't know they're doing something wrong?

Perhaps he should tell them to stop, and warn them that they might get a nasty surprise if they don't - and then any nasty tastes the get are their own silly faults.

thisisyesterday · 09/07/2010 12:25

update on this OP? have they had their delicious sandwich yet???

Jamieandhismagictorch · 09/07/2010 12:29

loudlass - was there any further comeback? It was a great idea (IMO) - but did it escalate it, or did it stop there?

StableButDeluded · 09/07/2010 13:01

ROFL at the suggestion that OP should be careful using hot chillies because one of the poor little --thieves- girls might have asthma!
Chillies are food. They are 12. They are nasty little cows and if they had any serious issues with food they probably wouldn't be stealing anyone elses in the first place.

StableButDeluded · 09/07/2010 13:03

oops, my attempt at striking out didn't work

I got very excited when I read the title, then realised I'd read it all before Sad
You must be as bored as me Pixie.
God I'm bored.
And everybody's out so I should be doing something exciting, but I'm not.

Wasabi, if no-one has suggested it already.

ChippingIn · 21/08/2010 16:37

Pixie or Piie as you prefer :) My damn keyboard is dying :(.... it keeps skipping letters, most frustrating...

Is DD2 premie or not well? Sorry, I haven't seen any threads about her :(

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Maybe think up a fun thread to pass the afternoon...

Piie 28+4 wow Shock Well, we can't have you making her suffer - so you'll just have to lap up endure being in isolation. Mags, choc, regular cups of tea, nibbles - Tv, laptop.... oh the stress :)

Could always mix really hot chilli powder and tobasco sauce together and spread it on the bread for the girl. Works a treat although, it would be an idea to make nice sarnies for your DS and put the chilli ones in a separate tub.

illgetyoubutler · 21/08/2010 18:53

I would have made a sandwich with a thick layer of salt, grated garlic, hot sauce and cat food.
Mwahhahahaaaa!
Grin

Nomorerain · 21/08/2010 22:12

Reminds me of when I was a kid. A girl used to steal sweets from my coat pocket in the cloak room at school. My mum sprinkled a load of pepper on them one day and I can remember this girl walking around saying her mouth was hot Grin She didn't do it again! Good old Mum.
