and to think that anybody who likes them,or even watches them, even on youtube, is a very very very sad individual?

LOL what has got your goat? how peculiar

southeastastra · 25/06/2010 19:57

BAFE · 25/06/2010 20:01

the bride, groom and guest doing the "thriller" dance.

How original.

No, you aren't being unreasonable to have an opinion.

But I shall heartily disagree with it, and say that I like the fact that I can find amusement in silly, pointless things sometimes. It makes my life a bit lighter!

Limpopo · 25/06/2010 20:57

oooo you are a misery aren't you

DramaInPyjamas · 25/06/2010 20:59

Not being unreasonable. They look like total knob ends. As does anyone taking part in the staged wedding ones.

bran · 25/06/2010 21:02

But isn't "utterly utterly ridiculous and meaningless and trivial and pointless" an accurate (if gramatically clunky) description of life in general?

I think the same about flipping football, but I can see other less profound people enjoy it and I'm happy for them if they're happy (an fairly quiet about their happiness).

southeastastra · 25/06/2010 21:04

so, we hate it in a quiet happy way

runnybottom · 25/06/2010 21:07

Where the fuck would we be without the trivial and pointless?

QualityTime · 25/06/2010 21:38

What runnybottom said.

A bit of trivial and pointless is never a bad thing to distract from the day to day grind.

Grumpy
