Alvin and the bastard chipmunks? DD finished school yesterday, one of her friends gave her this DVD which she is watching while sitting next to me. It is mind fuckingly awful. Would I be unreasonable to bake it to stringy silveryness?

DD was given BarbieFairytopia DVD... having cleared up the vomit, I have never valued my toaster more.

This a great film, i watch it with my DS atleast once a month both the first and the second one.

If you dont like it fair enough but let ur DD enjoy this great kid/family film.

Use it as a drinks mat (inadvertently), then spill some. Then use it as a bird scarer because it isn't fit for anything else - or give it to someone with chickens for them to peck.

Obviously I mean the person to peck, chickens wouldn't be interested

Just had a thought. You could always do what a friend of my ex-boss's did and hire a hapless student to sit and watch the DVD with her. Her DS was addicted to Finding Nemo and she couldn't stand watching it one more time so she paid £7/hour to a rota of students to come and watch it with him while she was in the house!
