Seen loads of feral gum-chewers today (including a checkout operator in supermarket).

Ugh ugh ugh - visible chewing,slapping mouth and masticating jaws. Completely unsightly and unnecessary. (Fgs do it subtly if you've got to do it at all).

Just wondering if you think that anyone looks appealing while doing the deed?

I look particularly stupid when chewing gum, it gets caught on my piercing and I start looking kind of like a cat eating toffee.

I chew gum because if I don't I seek other things to eat and put on even more weight. Before having DD I lost 4 stone in just over a year, and chewing gum was my saving grace. I tend not to chew gum so often now, and I've put most of the weight back on. I don't care if I look attractive chewing, I'm starting chewing again so I can lose some of this weight before ttc DC2!

I chew gum in a very refined and gorgeous fashion. It's sugar-free too, so am minty fresh and plaque-free (or something) should anyone decide to give me a random snog.

Yeah, woteva (pulls gum from mouth and winds round finger while thinking you're a fossil). It makes 'em look 'ard not attractive duh!

I wouldn't slam the door in George Clooney's face if he came a calling chewing gum!!! Some peeps are just plain lurvely chewing gum or not!

Nahh - I don't think anyone does it to look attractive- but the shop assistant today was trying very very hard to look cool and irreverent.

Unsuccessfully I might add.
