to expect a pillow case in with my WHITE COMPANY duvet covers?

I am livid!
Sod the free returns and Mumsnet money off offers - White Company have at some point in the recent past decided that when you buy a child's duvet cover for £45 (or two!) you then have to pay an extra £12 for a pillow case....

I was so shocked - I thought it was a mistake until I opened the second packet and found none...

I think the website makes it quite clear that the pillow case isn't included.......so YABU. Unless you are saying that £45 is bloody expensive and a pillowcase should be included, in which case YANBU.

check check check the contents..

if it says 'cover' then YABU, if it says 'set' then YANBU...

I've always had to buy separate pillow cases from duvet covers so in my experience yabu.

I am sure they used to include them but have changed policy to accommodate all new offers..
