In wanting to kill my dog?

My 1yo cavalier (albeit quite clever) is so annoying.

Every Monday night at 9pm when I am trying to watch glee (yes I know, glee, but I am 20 and it's my guilty pleasure) is the exact time when she starts to whine and cry.
And it was the season finale today (I'll bet she won't cry next week)

She doesn't need a wee, and she has food down all the time so she isn't hungry. No, what she wants to do is chase the frogs around the garden, bark at birds and flies and fall in the pond.

She is fine the rest of the time, but Mondays at 9 is her time apparently. It is now 10.30 and she hasn't made a sound since 10.05.
AIBU for wanting to strangle her?

I would but the minute she caught one I'd have to clean it up (and half eaten mangled frog isn't my favourite).
And if she fell in the pond I would miss more of it by having to fish her out.

My cav never whines and never barks unless she wants to get another dog to play with her. She is the best dog ever. Why don't you just give her a chew to keep her busy and put a cover over the pond or fence around it.

Would you like to swap?
