Bouncing, if thats how you like your mash, then thats how it is on your cloud personally I'm a purist and can't tollerate ANYTHING other than lashings of butter and a splash of milk in my mash. (I like colcannon, but as a totally seperate entity)

You have to have pepper in your mash. Freshly milled black pepper.

Trouble with mash is that I always eat far too much of it.

DH only likes smashed new potatoes and stuff that has more 'texture'. So I never have the really good stuff these days. Sniff.
