dd4 has various allergies and has an epipen.

one allergy is milk.

i blew up the paddling pool and was about to fill it up.

dd3 then tipped her choc milkshake in the pool.

dd3 is 5, and knows dd4 has a milk allergy. in fact all the girls know and they are usally really good.

just feeling a bit blah atm, and fed up with it.

On purpose? P'raps she just had a silly five mins. Make her clean it out maybe and then fill up the pool and....

Jump in and join em and have a mega water fight and then get some pimms and enjoy your afternoon!

I don't think, even at 5, that they think about the actual consequences of what they're doing
i think i'd be more annoyed at wasting the milkshake than anything else! lol

get her to help you clean it out though, and re-iterate why she shouldn't have done it

she helped. pool is clean, and so is the deck.

will fill paddling pool soon, just feeding dd4.
