I rang my dad on his mobile last month, from my land line, we were talking for about 8 minutes and then I had to go to work so I said goodbye and put the phone down

when I got home from work I picked up the phone to check for messages and it was still connected to my dad's mobile, I could hear him pottering about (in the pub )

so the phone hadn't disconnected properly and had racked up a £50 charge

now thw land line refuses to connect to mobiles at all - so I can't ring dh, which is a nightmare for our precarious childcare arrangements

the won't rectify it until we pay the extra bill in full, which we will do but can't do quickly

and I DID put the bloody phone down, it's not actually my fault

I would be annoyed too.

We have just received our monthly mobile bill which should be £65 per month for 2 mobiles.

The bill is for £116inc VAT.

Looked at it and they have my tariff down as me only getting 300 mins a month instead of the 600mins that was agreed because of the phone i bought (Blackberry) they wouldnt give me the Blackberry on my old tariff.

I called them and asked them about it all and they said, it says in the notes of the account i should have 600 mins so they upped it for me.
They wont recalculate the bill even though they have admitted it was their fault.

Idiots
