differentID · 11/06/2010 22:45

shoshe · 11/06/2010 22:47

MrsC2010 · 11/06/2010 22:48

Same here OP, very happy indeed!

BikiniBottom · 11/06/2010 22:49

Mine can take it or leave it so I am chuffed too.

lidofabiro · 11/06/2010 22:49

Only 30 days until it finishes

marriednotdead · 11/06/2010 22:53

Am so
Dh fell asleep during Lie to Me- I may have to wait weeks to see the rest of that episode, never mind the next one.
Wish I could afford to go away until it's over, doubt he would even notice

Dysgu · 11/06/2010 22:56

We will be having no football in this house either!

We are watching the IoW festival on ITV2 right now - even though we could probably hear it live if we opened the windows!

Still DCs are fast asleep upstairs and we are warm and comfy on the sofa...

And hurrah that Lie to Me is back - but that Bones has ended...

2old4thislark · 11/06/2010 23:06

I have offered to drop DH down at his Cricket club tomorrow so he stays and watches the football there and has a few drinks

That's tomorrow sorted, now just got to formulate a plan for the rest of the month!

I was single during Euro96 - bliss - no football at all...........

honeymom · 12/06/2010 18:05

we are a football free house here..... well apart from dd but she only plays not watches, but i didn't think to sjy plus stuff oh well i have the internet haha

DuelingFanjo · 12/06/2010 18:06

mine doesn't either. Sadly he still really likes Call of Duty!

diddl · 12/06/2010 18:08

Husband might be interested in watching the final-that´s it though.

Seriously couldn´t be doing with someone who was much more interested than that.

FabIsGettingFit · 12/06/2010 18:09

DH doesn't want to watch but I will be watching it.

Nux · 12/06/2010 18:22

Football free here as well, it is a constant source of happiness to me that DH hates it as much as I do! I feel so lucky!

Numberfour · 12/06/2010 18:24

but DH is going to the pub tonight leaving me in peace for a while. DS should be in bed by 8 so all is right with the world.

Rosedee · 12/06/2010 18:51

Oh God Shoshe, how mean are you? starts sulking at the unfairness of it all I'm dreading this next month.

BusyMissIzzy · 12/06/2010 19:07

YANBU, mine is the same, I am so glad

shockers · 12/06/2010 19:14

DH is working tonight but I will be watching football anyway.... he is very jealous .

catherinewho · 12/06/2010 19:20

Mine hates it too...it's great isn't it???

StealthPolarBear · 12/06/2010 19:21

DH is not bothered
but dad taped the rugby for him so he's watching that instead

muggglewump · 12/06/2010 19:22

No football here either.
I'm the lone parent of a football hating girl

MrsGangly · 12/06/2010 19:23

Mine is the same - he won't be watching any of the matches. If England made it to the final, we'd probably watch it with friends, but that would be for the time together with friends rather than for the football itself.

beanlet · 12/06/2010 19:24

Mine hates it too, yay!!!

AlCrowley · 12/06/2010 19:31

I've sent DH to watch it with his Dad. I'm going to make myself some popcorn and stretch out on the sofa to watch Dr Who that I recorded earlier.
