The adopted child of Mumsnet having success last night

Or was it just me who was sad enough to whoop with joy at his little face when he won?

What the hell are you on about?

Rockbird · 11/06/2010 21:30

I whooped. He was lovely and it was equally lovely when he said he couldn't wait to tell his mum and dad. Awww.

But I wanted to see Tim go and wash his lippy off in disappointment

autodidact · 11/06/2010 21:31

Sooooooooooooo sweet, that Arjun.

Downdog · 11/06/2010 21:32

Arjun was fantastic - glad he won. Thought Tim might have but he was such a muppet in the cheese task I didn't want him to. And don't get me started on Zoe and all her gurning everytime everyone else did well, and then there was the snappy one!

I did fall in love with Zoe slightly for her totally insincere congratualtory comments to the boys as she left the room.

Excellent 16 yr old behaviour

In fact excellent kids all of them and a big well done.....personalities aside.

You gits I have bloody seen that yet!

GGGGrrrrrr

thornrose · 11/06/2010 21:36

AAAHH no bloody spoiler alert!!!

Ladyanonymous · 11/06/2010 21:36

Thats why I didn't put win/won in the title so you could avoid if you hadn't!!!!

Lilyloo · 11/06/2010 21:37

I thought it was Tim when he started on about his sheep shearing roots !
Arjen was a deserved winner..

Ladyanonymous · 11/06/2010 21:46

No Lord Alan doesn't go for sob stories and Tim was continually shit thoughout "the process".

Is Arjun too old to be adopted?

Do you think his parents still want him?

Conundrumish · 11/06/2010 21:50

He is gorgeous - and incredibly articulate for his age. Slightly concerned that the £25K may not actually find its way into a new business given he has an offer at Oxford though!

COULD NOT STAND that dreadful Zoe - she needed a slap

Ladyanonymous · 11/06/2010 21:56

Hes going to Oxford?

He is the Messiah!!!

Seriously I thought it was great to see someone win who was also the "nice guy" (and who looks spookily like my son ) wonder who his dad is....

Arjun's...not my son....

Oh - DD made me watch this last night - she was rooting for Arjun. Such a lovely boy

3BreastsInMyShirt · 11/06/2010 22:06

lovely boy - he'll do well.

FranSanDisco · 11/06/2010 22:10

Arjun, lovely boy, lovely face. Glad he won .

bruffin · 11/06/2010 22:15

LIked both Tim and Arjun and they worked really well together last night. They both deserved to win.

Tim had the best idea for the cheese stall but nobody helped him. He had excellent ideas (th e wheely thing) and asked the right questions when it came to the painting and amsterdam task ie asking for discounts etc. He has really good business acumin.
Arjen was lovely and in the end I think he was the more articulate of the two which is why he won.

singsinthebath · 11/06/2010 23:48

I think he has a lovely manner too - and a sense of fairness - i.e. where he employed the other actor who had been erroneously booked.

ThatVikRinA22 · 11/06/2010 23:52

i liked tim, but really either of the last two could have won it for me as long as sulky zoe didnt.

am happy for arjun! he seemed lovely!

crunched · 12/06/2010 03:00

Arjun is so cute-the way his little face lit up when he smiled, ahhh...

Despite the other 3 being less engaging, didn't they all do well in that last task?Put the 'big' apprentices to shame

thumbwitch · 12/06/2010 03:07

oh how funny - this is an article on the final episode but it's very well written!

Rockbird · 12/06/2010 10:07

The money will have to go into business, Sralan holds onto it and hands it out when he sees fit.
