I've been fantasising about it for ages. I'm using Green and Blacks organic 37% milk chocolate instead of the nasty, oversweetened, waxy stuff Reeces use to make their peanutbutter cups.

Would anyone here like me to eat one for them?

I've blended the peanut butter with some salt and agave syrup and a bit of hot water to loosen it up. I suspect I should have blended it with a bit of butter to give it a more whipped texture.

Ooh I love love love peanut butter and chocolate things, I still have a stash of kitkat peanut chunkys I snapped up whenever I saw them before they were discontinued. I made Nigella's peanut squares once and it was worth it, but all that sugar... I wish I didn't know just how much has to go into them, soo bad for you!

IME it is NEVER a waste of time trying to make your own peanut butter cups because even if they don't turn out exactly right you still have the peanut butter. And the chocolate. What's not to like?

Try peanutputter pie it will change your life..

Btw put a bit of icing sugar in the peanut butter will make all the difference.
