sounds fair to me - mine fight over licking the spoon or bowl all the time! LOL

MayorNaze · 09/06/2010 20:09

oh gosh YABU

i bribe ds with the dds leftovers

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 09/06/2010 20:12

Totally U - that's what I bribe DH with.

GoEngland · 09/06/2010 20:14

Always works for me!

StayingDavidTennantsGirl · 09/06/2010 20:19

Isthatporridge - I would have saved it for dh, but he's out in Germany and won't be back until tomorrow night. If he is really lucky, there may be the odd crumb of cupcake left for him, though.

Poor DH! Hide some!

maltesers · 09/06/2010 20:25

YANBU

StayingDavidTennantsGirl · 09/06/2010 20:35

Hiding places are an issue, though - because all the dses are now taller than me, so I can't put anything out of reach any more!

YABVU

Your children will get clogged arteries and become obese and probably get bullied as a result with may drastically affect their life chances.

Do you actually want your children to have white pasty podgy faces and spend the rest of their lives in a darkened room playing computer games?

Think about it

bumpybecky · 09/06/2010 23:04

I think victoriascrumptious has got a valid point.

Better to eat it all yourself and not damage the children. Not too much at ocne though or you'll get heartburn and feel sick! [speaks with experience]

bumpybecky · 09/06/2010 23:05

buttercream keeps for a while in the fridge though, I've got some in there from last week still! you'll need to let it warm up a bit before you try and use it though

StayingDavidTennantsGirl · 10/06/2010 00:07

It wasn't too much victoria, shared three ways, and they are all active and sporty, so I don't think this one occasion is going to make them obese, bullied, pasty etc. Plus I don't bake too often, because I enjoy eating the results too much - you see I was and am the podgy bullied kid and I know not to want that for my kids.
