Yes, I know I'll get shot down in flames for bringing up a thread which has possibly been done to death recently BUT if my neighbours don't turn down their bloody awful Euro/Asian pop music I am going to spontaously combust.

I couldn't even hear today's Colombo with all the pounding nonsense .
I know it's a Sunday and I'm sure I should have more tolerance but I'd never inflict my music on people - and I've got good taste . I never play it loud enough so it could be heard next door never mind three doors down (terraced street). Do they think they don't have neighbours? What part of their moronic brains think it's ok to boom this guff - with their living-room windows open ffs - so the whole street can hear it? Knobs. I hope they get diarrohea for a week.

And I'd go and knock at their door but that would mean changing out of pyjamas.... .

Thanks for the vent, ladies, I feel much better.

We have a lady over the road from us who sits outside her house all day, every day with front door open, mini skirt on, boyfriend usually in front (tmi?) with reggae booming out. So tempted to give her a nice, loud death metal session!

LellieT · 06/06/2010 16:22

What's wrong with these people?! I just don't get it, I really don't.

Death metal is genius idea, BTW.

If you're not taking the piss out of the "Shut the fuck uuuuuuuup" thread (in light of your comment about changing out of pyjamas ) then YANBU.

lazarusb - what do you mean "boyfriend in front"?? Please elaborate, my filthy mind is running away with me.

Poor you - I would be angry too. It is amazing how completely selfish some people can be about playing their choice of music out loud in the open air.

It always annoys me when you see a car with the window wide open and loud music blaring out, usually when the car is crawling through the town so it is not just a fleeting annoyance but a din that is inflicted on everone around for several minutes.

Oh, that reminds me I must go and practise my trombone for a bit. It is still a warm day so maybe I will open the window to let some air in.....

lazarusb · 06/06/2010 16:34

happycopter- your filthy mind is on the right track -bleeurgh! She recently kicked out long term dp and moved new bf in straight away- I feel sorry for her teenage dc- not nice...
