Hi all and I'm glad I've decided to take the plunge and join in, have enjoyed reading (mainly AIBU, the nanny and au pair section and behavioural section-friend is au pair in america which is how I found this!)

Anyway wondered if people would be offended if I said anyone who is watching BGT final tomorrow, please if you can cross your fingers for Spelbound-I used to work with one of them and he is so nice and they deserve it so much. Oh and if anyone wants to actually vote for them that would be good too!

I voted for Spellbound in their heat, they are the only act which made me go wow, I rewound it on sky + and made dh watch it too.

I would actually bet on the manchester boy Liam to win, but I think Janey is so nice she deserves to win for having a go at 80-something! Love her and she is my bench mark for all 80yr olds. Hope I'm like that, but I doubt it!!

I voted for them the other night and was planning on voting for them tomorrow night too.

I can't vote because I live in Switzerland, but I really hope they win. I'd change their name though, that's the only part that is rubbish.

Sorry Custard - but, for me, it's Janey all the way (she comes from the same town as me. Although, Spelbound are fantastic!

OP, please congratulate your friend. Spelbound were phenomnal on Saturday night. I recorded it because they were all doing so many different things, you couldn't see it all. I really hope they get a chance to open the Olympics in London.
