to be so excited that im getting a new kitchen!

Not a big thing really - but it is when its a rented house!
Just had bloke with clipboard out to inspect the old kitchen thats falling apart. After a few umms and looking in the cupboards he said im getting a new one! will be white and is having flash skirting heating instead of radiator and extra cuboards.
Im so happy i could cry.

man with clipboard said it might take a while , then murmured something about the financial year ... tbh i was too gobsmaked that i didnt pay enough attention to what he was saying. im hopeing assuming a few months at the most.?
